- Assistance in finding and booking Church/Blessing venue & Wedding Venue
- Assistance in finding wedding favors and stationery providers.
- Liaise with Wedding Venue, Caterers to discuss menu's, table layout, price etc.
- Booking of Accommodation for the Couple- Booking of Accommodation for guests
- Handling of contracts, schedules, bookings, coordination of suppliers, and tracking of deposit and payment due dates
- Musicians for ceremony, reception and evening party
- Flower Arrangements for the church or blessing
- Bridal bouquets & Ushers button holes- Booking the minister for blessing
- Liaising with the minister
- Photographer
- Arrange for a hairdresser & make up for the bridal party
- Organise transport to the church and wedding venue for the Couple- Organise transport to the church and wedding venue for Bridal party & guests
